We initiated and executed this full turnkey project from concept to completion, designing it together with the hospital team, leading consultants and construction company. Together, we established the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, including four surgery and recovery rooms, 12 oral procedure rooms, the reception area, and more. Our team supervised the construction and infrastructure stages, oversaw every aspect of the project, supplied and installed industrial ORs, and other medical equipment.
