The establishment of the hospital’s Interventional Cardiology ward, including two catheterization rooms, a recovery room, offices, warehouses, and a reception area. We were responsible for the whole project, from planning through execution, including collaborations with external consultants and communications with the hospital staff. We managed all sub-contractors and installed the catheterization systems, booms, and lamps. We collaborated with the connected medical device suppliers and built a state-of-the-art and highly reliable backup power system, based on a hydrogen generator. We also fortified the building against earthquakes.
